To qualify for our rental community, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
No prior evictions on record.
Minimum credit score of 600 preferred. Applicants with credit scores between 580–599 may still qualify with an increased security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
No outstanding balances owed to utility companies such as PG&E, SMUD, phone providers, or other service accounts.
No unpaid balances or debts owed to previous landlords or apartment communities.
